For Regular Graduation Application

PLEASE NOTE: Fill in all blanks as applicable. If the application is not filled out properly we cannot ensure you of prompt notification regarding graduation, job opportunities, and accuracy on your diploma.

To be considered for graduation all requirements, as stated in the Academic Catalog, must be met.

The $60 graduation application fee will be charged to the Educard account of all graduates. Caps and gowns are not included in the application fee. Order forms will be mailed to all potential graduates and must be submitted to Career Services by the second day of Senior Days (see packet of events) to guarantee delivery in time for graduation.

This graduation application must be completed and turned into the Career Services Office by Friday of Week 4 to ensure that a diploma is ordered to your specifications and will be available for graduation.
