Are You Graduating?
Please fill out a graduation application online, or come to the Registrar's Office in Room 2212.

Check List Prior to Graduation
- Order your software bundle prior to graduation. You may not obtain it afterwards. The last day to order your software is Saturday of week 14.
- Update your email address and your mailing address before you leave school. This is important because we will notify you by email when your Exhibit 1 is ready. (If we can't reach you by email, we will try to reach you by regular mail.) There will be a blackout period for about five (5) weeks after you have graduated when your records will not be accessible through the "Microsoft Campus Agreement" Fulfillment Center. Please update your records prior to Saturday of week 14.
To update your email address now:
- Log on to http://www.devry.edu/, select Student Services.
- Click on "Register for your software bundle today."
- Click on "Go to the Fulfillment Center."
- Click on "Log in," and enter your Student ID and Password.
- Next, select "My Profile",
- Then select "Update My Profile."
- Provide a current email address and update any other information that needs it.
