"Right Now!" is an FAQ and case management system designed to help current, new, and prospective students find answers to their questions. Search the FAQ database to find your answer or submit a question to a DeVry representative for an online response. Whether you are an online student, campus-based graduate or undergraduate student, DVUC student or you just need an answer, you are able to use the system. Click the link below to begin.
What FAQs Can I Search?
The FAQ database consists of questions related to Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, Academics, Career Services, Student Login Accounts, Student Portal (my.devry.edu), Lab Policies, Library, Academic Support Center, Grades, Books, General Information and more. Ask questions about Undergraduate program (DeVry), Graduate program (Keller), DVUC (Merrillville), and online based classes.
You may find it helpful to filter your search by selecting the "School" and "Category" on the dropdown menu and then perform your search.

How Do I Submit a Question?
Note: Starting 4/4/2005, you will be required to log in using your DSI # instead of your email address to submit a question.
1) The "Submit a Question" feature is available to new, existing and prospective DeVry students who were provided with a Student ID number. Start by logging in. On the upper right hand corner click "Login".

2) You must provide your DSI # (Student ID) to log in. All responses are sent to your email address that is associated to your eCollege / Student Portal. Type in your DSI # and click "Login".

3) Once you are logged in, click the button "Ask a Question" to begin submitting your question. Be sure you choose a question type: comments, suggestions, or concerns.

After you've filled out the form and submitted a question you wil be contacted by a DeVry representative before the end of the next business day. If you need to check the status of a question, you may find it under the "My Information" tab. Click "Questions" to view all questions that you submitted.
